Release for All Events

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims I may have or come to have for damages against Highland Games, Inc., the city of Riverside and their agents or representatives for any injuries which I may suffer in the events of the Kansas City Highland Games to be held June 12-14, 2009. If I am signing as a parent or guardian of the competitor, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the above stated parties from any claim arising out of injury to the competitor. My signature on the entry form will also serve as a complete release to Highland Games, Inc. and to the city of Riverside to permit them or anyone acting for them to photograph me (my child) and to use these photographs for Highland Games, Inc. publicity.
