Concessions

Foods of Scotland and the Isles, as well as local and regional favorites, are featured at the Games each year. Our concessionaires are national and local providers of high quality foods and beverages.

Concession Information

If you are interested in becoming a food concessionaire at the 2008 Highland Games, you need to apply to the concessions committee by April 15, 2008. Download our application form and return by mail, including a description of your company, product and booth. Pictures are always an asset.

If the volunteer concessions committee is interested, they will reply to your application promptly. If they are not interested, you will be notified in a timely manner.
